The Klabin Company approached Retro Nouveau to create a high-end brochure that would highlight the noteworthy industrial and commercial properties throughout the South Bay and Los Angeles counties.

Our creative approach was to go big and bold! Starting with the brochure's size at an impressive 17" X 11" landscape format. We then combined lush property photos with minimal copy details culminating into a highly sophisticated, and easily processed brochure. Klabin used this Market Update brochure as a kickoff when presenting to new and existing clients. At 34 inches wide, you can imagine the awesome impression one receives when opened on the conference table.
